- Christa came to IPAK in 2006 with over twenty years of experience in accounting and financial costing. As Chief Operating Officer, Christa provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that IPAK has the proper operation controls, administrative and reporting procedures, people and systems in place to effectively grow the organization. She has established and implemented IPAK’s standard manufacturing operating procedures, including best practices in the handling of secure and sensitive materials. She was instrumental in the development of IPAK’s proprietary pick and pack software system allowing for increased fulfillment efficiencies.
- Prior to her profession in accounting and operations, Christa started her career as a Business Education Teacher for a local high school after receiving her BA in Accounting from Rutgers University. Christa is certified as a Green Belt in Six Sigma and one of three finalists for NJ Biz CFO/COO of the year in the $50 million and under category.

- As President and CEO, Karen’s primary objective is to establish the overall direction and strategy of the company and the means by which we achieve it. In addition, Karen focuses on building and cultivating new business partnerships and strategic alliances. Using her forward thinking, she offers customized solutions to client’s current and future hurdles, overseeing solution development and implementation from a senior level.
- A main role Karen plays is to see IPAK from a client’s perspective, ensuring that the company’s operations and deliverables are succeeding from all viewpoints. Since taking the helm of IPAK in 1997, the company has grown from a staff of 10 to nearly 100 employees and expanded their operational footprint from 2,000 square feet to 100,000 square feet.
- After attending New York University and graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelors of Business Administration from The School of Government and Business Administration from The George Washington University, Karen spent nearly a decade building brands while working in account management for various advertising agencies in New York City. She has been the recipient of many prestigious awards, including Philadelphia Business Journal’s “40 Under 40”, NJ Biz’s Top 50 Women in Business and South Jersey’s Business Executive of the Year.

- Kerry Arnold began at IPAK in 2005 as a project service manager, and was subsequently promoted to Manager of Project Services in 2016.
- Today, Kerry is in charge project service managers where she identifies and leverages personal and team project management best practices to help successfully scale the Project Management team along with the growing company.
- Prior to becoming manager of project services, Kerry worked as a PSM and assisted in data entry. Kerry works at multiple organizational levels, in cross functional areas and with our external partners, understanding the needs and requirements across the organization.
- Kerry’s biggest assets to the team are her attention to detail and impeccable follow through.

- John joined the IPAK team in 2014 and began as a project service manager. Since onboarding, he has been promoted to Director of Plant Operations where he manages IPAK’s entire print center.
- John is responsible for setting up production lines, conducting time studies, safety, quality, waste and productivity. John’s tendencies towards regulation have guaranteed IPAK meets its production goals and achieves the plants objectives.
- Prior to working at IPAK, John spent 15 years with C & L Packaging where he held the titles of production supervisor and general manager. He brings with him two decades of industry expertise and works closely with the Bindery Manager, Shipping/Receiving Manager, director of Manufacturing and Operations and Director of Finance.
- Flynn graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Natural Resource Management.

- Doug Frank has been with IPAK since 2014, but was promoted to his current title of Director of Structural Design in 2019. He is an integral part of the IPAK pre-press team, and his structural innovations continue to serve IPAK and its clients. Doug also assists the IPAK Sales team with outreach.
- Doug works with a variety of material including folding carton, corrugated, and set up box material. He is responsible for the design and proofing of a wide range of packaging solutions, and utilizes CAD software and Kongsberg sample making equipment.
- Prior to IPAK, Doug spent 14 years at C&L Packaging heading structural design and sales, and he brings with him nearly two decades worth of subject matter expertise.
- Frank is a graduate of the University of Bridgeport with a degree in journalism and concentration in Marketing.

- Joe Scattagoria has run plant operations at IPAK since 2014. He is instrumental in ensuring the smooth operations on a day to day basis.
- Joe is responsible for overseeing the direction and management of a project from beginning to end, and determining potential efficiencies. This includes delegating tasks and responsibilities to the appropriate personnel, troubleshooting, contingency planning, and improving processes.
- Prior to working at IPAK, Joe worked at C & L packaging for 13 years as a shipping and receiving manager, and a production manager. Joe brings with him two decades worth of industry experience. His interpersonal skills have allowed him to excel at his job as a manager, coaching, supervising, and mentoring team operators.
- Scattaregia graduated from Burlington County College with a degree in accounting.

- Lori has found much success in her role by fostering an environment in which different racial, ethnic and cultural backgrounds feel comfortable exercising their creative problem solving skills. 60% of IPAK employees speak Spanish as their first language, which enabled Lori to learn the language in order to communicate more effectively.
- Frost has won the nationally recognized Manufacturing Institute’s STEP Ahead Award in 2016 which recognizes women who are making a difference in manufacturing.

- Morgan first started at IPAK in 2017 as a summer intern, specializing in web development and marketing. In 2020 she became a full-time employee as IPAK’s sales coordinator, and in 2023 stepped into the role of Director of Government and Business Development.
- Morgan is responsible for IPAK’s government contracting team and she is skilled at identifying trends, implementing policy, sourcing opportunities and responding to solicitations. Her industry knowledge and outreach continually drive growth.
- Primak attended Emerson University in Boston and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Delaware with a degree in Psychology and a concentration in Political Science. She has achieved GOVCON Credential Level 1 certification.
